If you return something because of an error on our part or because it's damaged or defective, we'll refund the item cost and delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you.
We'll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to not refund your postage.
By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. For more information, see Your Statutory Rights.
Where you're withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working days cooling-off period, and there's been no error on our part, we'll refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you.
We will not refund your costs in returning the item to us unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery, and there's been no error on our part, we'll refund only the cost of the item. We won't refund delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
To return an item, please wrap the package securely, preferably in the original packaging in which it was sent to you. In the case of a defective product, or other error on our part, please provide a full description of the fault. Please remember to enclose your invoice / receipt.
We hold no liability for any damages or defects to goods that are caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. All items that are returned to us will be inspected upon arrival and if an item has been damaged, used or washed, no refund will be made.
